ABOUT THE
PROGRAM
Welcome to QuantumShift
Transforming Entrepreneurial Business

As the academic director and the KPMG partner champion of QuantumShift, we want to introduce you to the nation’s premier executive development program for America’s most promising entrepreneurs.

We have combined the talent, resources and experience of our respective organizations ─ the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, a world-class leader in entrepreneurship and executive education, and KPMG, a leader in serving entrepreneurs and fast-growing companies ─ to co-found QuantumShift, because we are passionate about helping the entrepreneurial community, a major growth engine of the U.S. economy. We also are dedicated to providing entrepreneurs and business leaders with the knowledge, acumen and personal skills they need to build and grow successful enterprises.

We have designed QuantumShift as a high-level, intensive, innovative program for exceptional entrepreneurs who seek to hone their leadership abilities, inspire their people, maximize their growth opportunities and take their businesses, and themselves, to the next level of success. Participants spend five days on the Ann Arbor campus, where Michigan Ross’s prominent faculty and thought leaders impart the critical insights, skills and hands-on experience required to drive exponential growth and transformational change in entrepreneurial companies. Entrepreneurs are able to co-create knowledge with other high-achievers and build a dynamic, high-powered peer network.

At the conclusion of QuantumShift, participants return to their companies with the tools and strategies to lead more effectively, optimize their potential and achieve quantum leaps in their companies’ growth and performance. On behalf of Michigan Ross and KPMG, we invite you to learn more about joining this top echelon of entrepreneurs and company leaders who are transforming entrepreneurial business.

Sincerely yours,
Stewart Thornhill, University of Michigan Ross School of Business
